CUBE : CCSIP not running

Hi all,

I am trying to configure a CUBE (sip to sip) but it seems that it is not listening on port 5060

I have configured the voice service voip and sip-ua commands but when I try to set up transport tcp I get the following

labo2921(config-sip-ua)#transport udp
Cannot Change the transport when CCSIP is not running
labo2921(config-sip-ua)#transport tcp
Cannot Change the transport when CCSIP is not running

And indeed I can confirm that the CCSIP process is not running

labo2921#show processes | include SIP

On a working CUBE I get the following output

I am running  15.0(1)M3 and it is a 2921 platform. Here is the license

I reloaded twice already

What am I missing ?

I can't say I've been in that situation... maybe post up your config?

I upgraded the IOS version to a most recent one 15.4(3)M4 and the issue went away

I hope I can save somebody else's time :)
