We are currently in the process of a 7.1.5 to 10.5 migration. On our 7.1.5 system we have the option under MOH sources to ‘play continuously’. This works as we expect in that when more than one device calls for MOH it uses the same MOH stream and doesn’t keep starting from the beginning.
In 10.5 the ‘play continuously’ check box has been removed but I understand this should now be the default behaviour. Although our testing shows that each and every device placed on hold starts the MOH source from the beginning.
The below bug seems to detail this behaviour but it is for version 9.x.

Can anyone assist, has the behaviour changed in 10.5?

Hi Jason,
The bug applies to 10.x versions as the functionality is changed on 10.x. Please check the following post as well

Hi Jason
From this thread it seems that the issue is still there in 10.5.

As Jaime suggests, you can open a TAC to escalate this issue
