CUCM End User > Add New User button is missing

Hello, 

I was about creating a new user in Call Manager, but looks like the add user button is missing, uninstalled and re-installed different versions of firefox but looks like still the same, also, I cannot save changes sometimes, not sure if this is something related the version.

Did anybody got this issue?

What is the cucm version? is this CUCM LDAP integrated with AD?

There are no such known issues with this cucm version. Can you try a different browser like Chrome or a different PC? Also, is the CUCM LDAP enabled or not?

Tried different browsers, tried chrome, Opera, explorer and also different versions of Firefox, and it is funny because it was showing up before, I installed yesterday new version of firefox and today is not working again.

Not really sure whats going on.

Tried also in Mac, firefox for mac or chrome, still nothing.

Let me confirm if CUCM LDAP is enabled.

Its a bit strange if it was working fine before. I would suggest a restart of the Tomcat service via CLI ( utils service restart Cisco Tomcat ) or maybe a restart of cucm cluster if possible to take care of any service related issue.

Resolved it, did no restart tomcat because it was just in my machine, I just needed to change few rights in CUCM
