Hi,
I have issue with one of customer that uses 7925 phone series and need to retrieve the phone's log for troubleshooting purpose. Thus could anyone please give me some hints how to do so? I heard something about 'onboard web ui', how to access this web ui?
The CUCM is CUCM 9.2. Really appreciate if there is any links that can guide me through.
