CUCME 8.6 with Lync 2013

Hi voice team,  I will integrate via sip trunk a CUCM 8.6 with Microsoft Lync 2013, it can be configured so that the call with Cisco extension and appear in Lync that someone calling ? or if the person is using the Cisco extension appears in lync as busy?

obs: I'll set up the same extension in both systems, cucme 8.6 and Microsoft Lync 2013

Hi Thiago,

You need to use another extension on Lync or use prefix for call from UCM to Lync and Lync to UCM.
