Dear All,
I have a device profile for extension mobility. After logging on to a desk phone user is unable to make a particular international call from his line. So, I am trying to do DNA using his line as a directory number in DNA findings, but DNA says 0 records found.
Cannot I do DNA using device profile directory numbers?
Regards,
Syed

Hi Syed,
We don't have the option of DNA for Extension mobility.
We can go to analyzer and select the CSS which is defined on directory number.

You can't perform DNA based on EM profile. You have to use the phone the user is logged in.

Hi Sayed,
If you want to do DNA for EM' profile DN then use "Analysis -> Analyzer" tab. Under phone tab you cant find it as DN not belongs to phone.
