Hi guys.
we have been trying to find a fix for the issue of DST on our ip phones being off an hour with UCCM 6.12.I am told the only option is to upgrade to 6.13b.there is a option of changing time/date group in DP but that will in turn affact other phone types as 7970/7975.Is there some quick fix to this issue.Any help is appreciated.Please email me at arizvi@stanleyworks.com.thanks

Create another DP with the 1 hour adjustment and assign the 7940/60 phones to it.
That's what I did for right now since we're going to CUCM 7 soon.

You can use Bulk Admin to find all affected phones by type and then mass change their Device Pool. We did this in March when we had this problem.
