ELM running in demo mode, but licenses were installed years ago

I'm having a problem with license manager where it says it is running in demo mode, but the licenses were installed 3 years ago.  See attached images.

Please help.

Try to login to ELM itself and see the license usage, maybe you used some license type more then you have and that may lead to this message about the demo mode.
