emergency calls are not leaving the PSTN

Hi everyone,

I have a problem where my calls to emergency numbers are not going through the PSTN, like the number 190. I looked in my CUCM and there is a route pattern allowing the dialing for the 1XX numbers and the gateway of this route I believe has no restriction, at least that's what I looked at in the router configuration.

Ok. Can you remove "dnis-complete" from the controller and then test ?
