Hi everyone,
I can export phones and edit the Directory Number Forward All for the lines and import it to CUCM. It works fine and lines get the Call Forward All. I mea I did this as pilot for one CTI Remote Device which has shared line, without any problem.
But as I wanted to this same for more CTI Remote Devices, the import can could be not proceed and failed. In log file I could see followings:
CTIRDUSER1 CALL FORWARD DYNAMIC :: Error : A syntax error has occurred.
CTIRDUSER2 NumplanURI-LINE Association :: Error : 4225 The Directory Number URI already exists in the partition.
CTIRDUSER3 CALL FORWARD DYNAMIC :: Error : A syntax error has occurred.
Do you have any Idea, what can be cuase this failure. How should I proceed with import?
