We have a customer with a very old Merlin SX200 PBX that is connecting to the T1 port of our IAD2432. After a lot of experimentation and constulting other teams in my company, I was able to get this setup so they could send and receive calls, but at least once a day, something happens and they are no longer able to make calls anymore. I am out of ideas. Can somebody please help, if possible?
