Our Norfolk office is not able to dial International numbers. We called our vendor and they did a call trap and determined that the number is being sent incorrectly from our equipment. Our gateway or CM seems to be removing 2 digits in the country code. Any ideas on where to start?
We are running CM 7.1.3

If MGCP is used, then it has to be in CUCM, check all elements involved in the call routing (GW/RG/RL/RP), maybe TPs or something else
If H323, also add the actual H323 config (DPs/translation rules) to the above.

Hi all,
Make sure your dial-peer (for outgoing calls) looks like this:
dial-peer voice 1 pots
destination-pattern 0T
progress_ind setup enable 3
progress_ind alert enable 8
progress_ind progress enable 8
progress_ind connect enable 8
incoming called-number .
direct-inward-dial
port 0/0/0:15
forward-digits all
!
Cheers,
Cesar
