IP Communicator problems when a button is pressed with a stablished call

Hello we are having an issue with IP Communicator client 7.0.2.0.

When a call is stablished, and we need to transfer it, we press the Transfer buttonfor example, and the IPCOMM starts acting like we are continuosly clicking that button, it happens with the Hold button too. It´s very strange.

It´s the first time i see that kind of behaviour on a IPCOMM. If someone have any solution for this behaviour please let me know how to do it.

1. What is the OS being used with CIPC ?

2. Did you try to reinstall CIPC ? If this is an issue with just one or two CIPC, reinstalling would be a quicker fix.

1-The OS is Windows XP

2- We are having problems in 10 PC. The IPCOMM were working fine but suddenly today, started this strange behaviour.

We tried reinstalling one of them, but the behaviour still happens.

I checked possible bugs in CIPC 7.0.2 but no bugs found relevant to this behavior. If they were working well till today, what changed on those computers ? Any new windows patches, file corruption etc ( Just guessing ) ?

Will keep you posted if I come across something.
