IP not registering with Call Manger

I'm running Call Manger 11.0

I have a new 7962 phone that will not registered.  If i configure Call Manager to auto-register the phone I get a security error on the phone. If I try to configure the phone manually I get a DBconfig error on the phone.

 

Please help.

-##I don't recall if 7962 is supported in ccm 11. Check that in reporting.
If so, clear ITL file on the phone and retry

We have 7962 currently running in version.

CUCM didn't start deprecating phones until 11.5, if you're on 11.0 you'll get all the phone models.
