When I disable the Media Termination Point Required on the Call Manager SIP trunk, I get no music on hold.
Is there a way to apply any changes to the CUBE or CUCM and fix this issue?
The topology looks like the one below
Phone <--> CUCM <--> CUBE <---> Payment System (3rd Party) <---> ITSP
I have captured all network traffic on the CUBE side. I can see that when the call is established, we have two way audio between the Phone (192.168.110.25) and the Voice Gateway (10.1.6.10)
But once the call is placed on Hold I can only see traffic from the CUBE to the CUCM. In other words the CUCM doesn't sent the MOH to the CUBE.
