monitoring of the functional CME on the c2921

There is a task to monitor the performance of the functional CME on s2921. The criteria are as follows: The service is available (UP) service is not available (DOWN). Please tell me what snmp-server enable traps to use

At 2921 I write command snmp-server enable traps ccme.
If I get SNMP ccmeStatusChangeNotif then
it means the CME service does not work. If getting ccmeEPhoneDeceased
it means that phones are not registered. Do I understand correctly? What part of the phone should be registered that event would have worked ccmeStatusChangeNotif?
