SIP to SIP Info for Flashhook event on Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE)

Hello,

I've had an open case for a very long time with Cisco.

I purchased two CUBE's with the intent to make VoIP call transfers via hookflash.  These hookflashes are supported for FXS-SIP (via sip-ua hookflash-info command) and SIP-FXS (via DSAPP tcl script) scenarios but I've been told by Cisco support that anything listed for SIP-SIP hookflash transfers is not yet supported by the CUBE.

I was told it could be done via a custom tcl script but that is something not supported by tac and you will have to go to Cisco DevNet.

This is my first post in DevNet, but I hope to be in contact with some clever and generous individuals who could give me some of their time to help me resolve this issue.

I am running IOS 15.3(3)M1 or later on my CUBEs, I've done basic tclsh ping test scripts, but I'm not sure how to tackle producing a script that will constantly execute the pass-through of SIP INFO hookflash messages by the CUBE using a tcl script.

INFO message to be handled by the CUBE but the CUBE is rejecting it.  I attached a trace of the logs from the CUBE for more detail.

I've also tried to allow unsupported messages to be passed-through the 2901 CUBE, but it did not seem to matter.

Finally, this is my first attempt at using DevNet, I hope to become a contributing member asap.

Thanks for you time.
