TAPI dwCallID correlation with cisco-guid or call-id from SIP headers

Hi,

I am trying to correlate information on SIP messages over a SIP trunk between CUCM and a recording software with callInfo structure generated by TAPI. TAPI supplies a LINECALLINFO->dwCallID and SIP headers have a cisco-guid and a call-id.

What would be the correlation between these call id's?

Hi Arian,

dwCallID in TSP consists of CallManager ID and GlobalCallID, you can check the following doc for various scenarios involving TSP and corresponding dwcallid info
