TP-link router sip calls problem

Hello:

I have 5 phones working in a small office inside the building.....the people in this are using a TP-link Router WR940n 300mbs to separate their computers and work in a diferent network.......i installed my phones (cisco 3905) inside this office and they get registered (to a CUCM ver.11.0) but they cant make calls outside their private network.....between them inside the private network they can....... i check the router and i disable all posible security (sip alg) but the result is still the same.......can you help me with some pointers of what could i be doing wrong?

Hello Bruno,

The IP Phones are registered correctly?

Intrasite calls are working.

Intersite calls have this issue, do you receive a busy tone when you call to a IP Phone at another site? Or there the call is established and there is no media between them?

This site have conectivity with the other sites?
