UCCX License

Hi everyone,

I have problem with UCCX License. After restarting the server, I got the following message

Cisco Unified CCX License package is None.

Upload a valid license by clicking Add License link

OR check the parameters of the system on which the License MAC depends.

I've tried to remove the licence (CLI) and upload it (CCX Administration), but it did't help.

Also every configuration of CCX Engine and others connected are gone...

just open a tac case. and they will solve. connecting by webex to your screen.

Sounds like your license got invalidated, perhaps because the license MAC address was adjusted.  Contact licensing@cisco.com to get it re-hosted.
