Good day! I configured outbound system for UCCX. Can I implement my SIP outbound gateway so that UCCX system use other gateways to dial to PSTN and mobille phones? As far as I unserstand, we needs SIP outbound gateway ionly for Voice detection purpose and we can use other gateway for call.
Yes, you can very well do that. SIP gateway is a requirement only for UCCX so that CPA can happen. How the calls are going out to PSTN i..e., T1/E1 or FXO does not matter. You can now even use CUBE for Outbound Dialer if that helps
