unable to connect to CUCUM or Unity Admin

Hi, 

For some reason one of our employees is unable to connect to either the Cisco Unified CM Console or the Cisco Unity Connection Admin Console. Whenever they try and connect via the IP address of the system it just times out and gives the "error connection refused" 

It is working for myself and we have tried multiple browsers and clearing interent history/cache/cookies. 

Has anyone experienced this issue before or  have an idea of what to check?

It seems to be a routing or a firewall issue. 
Make sure user's PC is in a Vlan that has a route to the UC Applications.
Make sure the firewall is not blocking incoming traffic from the user's PC to CUCM and Unity Connection on TCP ports 80, 8080, 443, 8443, and 22.
