Unable to register MGCP Gateway Integration with CUCM 11.5 Home lab

I try to register CUCM 11.5 with( MGCP protocol) Home lab, router shows register but application gateway status show non. how ever only one softphone show register and get IP address. what will I need to done get register with MGCP. I also attach my configuration

Is there a cable with a live T1/E1 connected to that port?

If not, that's the reason it will not register.

I don't have T1 connections and i just remove from application gateway and disable in router and still have same issue , should I remove  wic-2t card from router.

OK, if you DO NOT have a live circuit connected to that port, it WILL NOT register with CUCM.

That is the expected behavior.

The same router i was running cucm 8.6 work fine without any issue only 11.5 is not to get register or not getting ip address from router .Do you think might is certificate (tomcat) issue? because router is shows register.
