In cisco Unity, I have the max message length set to 5 minutes.
For most users, we do "accept and relay" where we use an smtp to send the message as an attachment to their email.
Voicemails below 3 minutes get delivered to both voicemail message box and email as expected. The attachment is a little over a meg at most.
Voicemails above 3 minutes only get delivered to the mailbox and no email gets sent.
I have the max size for the attachment set at 30 megs so I don't think it is this.
My guess is the voicemail to email for some reason is limiting it to 180 seconds.
Any idea where this is??
I have validated and no sessions is being established with the SMTP server when the message is over 3 minutes in length.
Thank you
