I'm in need of an application that allows facility techs (who do the bulk of the Phone Moves, adds, and changes) on a daily basis to verify that the phone is in the correct ERL, and correct VLAN.
What I envision is a CCX application that pulls the CER data (ERL description, 911 ANI, and VLAN ID) of the phone calling the application.
A user upon deploying or moving a phone would call a predefined test number which CCX would play back the associated CER information for that particular phone. Thus verifying that the CER information being reported was correct for that newly deployed phone.
I am not finding any information on CER DB structure, or how to pull this informaton.
Anybody know any an application or any other information that can help in me building such and application?
