Change notification AXL does not work for some changes?

I've been playing with the change notification system in CUCM 9.

I've stumbled across a few things that don't appear to show up as changes:

Delete DN

Remove digest user

Add phone

Update phone

Remove Phone

I'm fairly certain I've properly requested/registered to receive these changes.

Anyone have any ideas?

I should add that the items I've found that appear to work:

Add user

Add DN

Change DN

Add digest user

Change Digest User

CUCM version is 9.1.1.20000-5

Cannot seem to find any bugs listed on CCO for Change Notification.
