Cisco 4.3 axl updatephone label not working

Hi All,

I am trying to update the phone label using axl request "updatePhone" in cisso 4,3 but it not updating ...It is not showing any error also returning pkid on result.

$response = $client->updatePhone(array('name'=>$name, 'label'=>'ohmygod', 'enableExtensionMobility'=>'false'));

Any idea?

Is that the version of CUCM (Call Manager) you're using?  4.3?

Yes, It is cisco call manager version 4.3. I manually updated line label in phone and able to see the name in phone screen but i am not able to do it via AXL..Please suggest.

Hi Saurabh,

Unfortunately, version 4.3 has long since passed the end-of-support period.  I'd still help if I could, but we don't have any test platforms earlier than version 8.6 for us to try to replicate the problem.  There was a similar defect in 7.0 (also out of support) which was fixed in later versions.  It is listed as having no workarounds.
