Not sure about that exact example topology but you can find many topologies for Maestro client by going file/import and selecting Git, using these two repos:

https://github.com/VIRL-Open/sample-topologies
https://github.com/Internetworkexpert/INE-VIRL

They mount up in the topology list at bottom left corner.

Yes, I'm not pointing you towards exactly what you asked for but there is a Unified MPLS Lab framework in the link I provided under the INE CCIE SPv4 workbook, advanced labs. While the lab framework is available on their github you'll of course have to get the study material directly from them. Best I could do, sorry. :)

Maybe you have seen this too https://techblog.deragis.ch/ it's not an exact match either as it focuses on segment routing.

bro its Advanced  , INE doesn't cover such that
