In order to find block, please navigate to Reporting > Activity search > Advance search, mention the domain in the domain search box and apply the filter. You should be able to see if Umbrella is blocking a specific domain.

And then modify applied policy for the identity if changes are required with regards to domain access.

Access the Umbrella dashboard: Log in to your Cisco Umbrella account and access the Umbrella dashboard. Navigate to the Reporting section: In the dashboard, navigate to the "Reporting" section. This is where you can find various reports and logs related to network activity. Choose the desired time range: Select the time range for which you want to search for the client's IP address and view the associated activity. Access the Activity Search feature: Look for the "Activity Search" or a similar option within the Reporting section. This feature allows you to search for specific activity logs based on various parameters. Filter by the client's IP address: In the Activity Search interface, enter the client's IP address in the appropriate field or use the IP address as a filter criterion. This will narrow down the search results to the specific client's activity. View the activity logs: After applying the IP address filter, you should see a list of activity logs related to that particular IP address. Look for any relevant information or events related to the blocked video or the "jwplayer6" component. MyBalanceNow

To troubleshoot the issue with "jwplayer6" being blocked by Cisco Umbrella, you'll want to locate the specific activity related to the client's IP address within the Umbrella dashboard. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Log in to your Cisco Umbrella dashboard. You'll need administrative access to view security activity and logs.

  2. Navigate to the Reporting section. Look for something like 'Activity Search' or 'Security Activity', which allows you to view detailed logs.

  3. Filter by Identity. If you know the specific identity (like a user or a network device) that correlates with the client's IP, you can filter the activity logs by this identity. If identities are not clearly named or you are unsure, proceed to filter by IP address.

  4. Search by IP Address. If you don’t have the identity, you can directly input the client’s IP address in the search or filter bar. This will allow you to pull up all activity associated with that IP.

  5. Analyze the Logs. Look for entries that show access attempts to domains or URLs associated with "jwplayer6". Check the timestamps and any block action taken by Umbrella.

  6. Review the Block Reason. The logs should indicate why the access was blocked, such as the category of the website or security settings that triggered the block.

  7. Adjust your policies if necessary. If you determine that "jwplayer6" should not be blocked, you may need to adjust your content filtering settings or whitelist the specific URLs or domains associated with "jwplayer6".

If you continue to have difficulties, Cisco Umbrella’s support documentation or their customer support can be helpful resources for resolving configuration issues.
