ACL for Authorization?

Can IT use the system to set access control rules for authorization? If so, can it set rules based on:

-SSID?

-User Name pattern (e.g. domain\username)?

-User Type? (e.g., voice, data, video, guest)

-Location? (physical location provided by location appliance)

-RADIUS accounting metrics? (lifetime or session metrics)

Except for the RADIUS accounting metrics, as those can't be determined as part of authentication and authorization, the rest can be used as conditions for authorizations.

So that means authorizations can't change based on reaching certain RADIUS accounting?
