Can you limit what devices are profiled?

I have a customer that wanted 1,000 Base licenses and 100 Plus licenses.

They want to do profiling with the Plus licenses.

Is there a way to specify what devices can be profiled or would the first 100 devices

be profiled?

Are there other features/reasons why they would only request 100 Plus licenses?

For profiling, should the number of Base licenses and Plus licenses be the same?

Not every profiled endpoint consumes a Plus license.  Plus consumption due to Profiling is based on endpoint with active session matching an authorization policy that matches on profile-based condition like EndpointPolicy or LogicalProfile, or matching Identity Group (from profile).
