Cisco ACS 5.4 License

Hi Guru,

I have installed L-CSACS-5-BASE-LIC on a VM machine. I have tried to upgrade or re-install the license but no avail. Please advise what should I do, I am thinking of re-installing the VM again.

What error message do you see?

Normally if the license has expired or needs to be replaced, the server needs to be reset to factory default in order to install the license.
