Cisco ISE 2.6 Passive ID from Radius Accounting

We are trying to get our ISE 2.6 to take radius accounting packets (from Aruba Clearpass) and convert them into Identities to then pass off to our FMC and FTD.

We are seeing the endpoints show up in ISE and we see all the correct information however even though our PXGrid is setup and working, none of the identities are showing up in our FMC.

I've been told we have to somehow have ISE use the endpoints and convert them to Identities?  What am I missing?

Please ensure ISE getting IP-username mappings from the source. Use Troubleshoot the ISE/ISE-PIC Identity Source or engage either Cisco Firepower support team or TAC.
