Does All_AD_Join_Points include external LDAP server?

Customer used external LDAP server, not MS AD as identity store. so does built-in All_AD_Join_Points include LDAP server?

No, it includes all AD domains that are joined (as name would imply).  You could either select All_User_ID_Stores or create new Identity Sequence which includes both AD stores and LDAP store.
