Hi All, Can any one please let me know if CrowdStrike Falcon (Anti Virus) can be installed on Cisco SNS 3595 ISE version 2.3 Nodes ? Or if there is any compatibility issue? I am in the middle of deploying ISE 2.3 device management TACACS+ solution. Thanks

We do not allow antivirus or any 3rd party software to be installed on the ISE system

ISE is a hardened system

Please explain why you would do this?

Hi Jason,

Thanks for your assistance. This request just came form the customer security architect team after reviewing the ISE solution. Crowd-strike is commonly deployed for customer devices.

Just wondering,  if we do have any document or more detail to support the same and may be explain it to the customer? Take care,

There are no documents

We don’t allow to install anything on top of the hardened appliance

There is no such access to the system to do this
