ISE 3.1 PLR License and VMware vMotion

Hi all;

Someone told me that, when I use PLR-based license with ISE 3.1, when the ISE VM moves to another host using technologies like VMware vMotion, the PLR license goes into problem. I want to buy PLR license for my customer, so want to know about this. I searched Google, but did not find useful content regarding this operation.

Can anyone clarify this?

ISE licenses are tied to UDI. I believe vMotion will not change this information. So, ideally PLR license should not be affected.
