ise appliance migration from 35xx to 37xx

Hai All

can any one please give best practices for below deployment

customer has Cisco ISE 3515 running on 2.7 which is EOL/EOS we Proposed new 3715 model. For configuration migration suggestions.

SNS3715 is supported in ISE 3.2. So you can build new ISE using 3715 and restore backup.

We went from 3595 2.6 to 3765 3.1. Not very hard, we treated it like an upgrade. Backup the system to a repository. We shut down the primary and replaced with the 3700. Did the basic config to get on the network and restored the backup. Rinse and repeat on the secondary unit and join the 2 together. 

We have usually done upgrades with the reformat to new version method to avoid issues.
