Not able to connect with MDT server in ISE closed mode

Hi,

We have configured one port under ISE closed mode, now we are experiencing an issue- machine is not able to reach MDT server after applying interface level ISE configuration (ie; Authentication violation restrict command rejecting the server). Can anyone suggest a solution for this issue? An alternative command available?

I don't use it. Instead I have an ACL which is limited to dhcp and basic
services. This ACL will deny everything implicitly (which is equivalent to
authentication restrict). After successful authen/author dacls will
supersed deny any any
