Policy Conditions Studio

I have a new install of ISE 2.3

in the policy conditions studio options are reviled when you choose new>Attribute foe condition identity group: name equals , choose form list offers NO choices.

I have tried with multiple browsers. I believe it is a browser issue.

I used that condition all the time in all my 2.3 installs and just checked it in my lab.  No issues seeing the list of Identity Groups.  Did you try restarting the ISE services?

I believe you hitting CSCvf55646. The fix is planned for Patch 1. It has a workaround published with the bug.
