"Oops something went wrong after installing patch 2" for ISE2.2 CSCvf57412

Guys

I am in the middle of this huge ISE win and my clients just the CSCvf57412 following a patch upgrade. There is so far no fix or tentative release date on this. Can someone from the BU chime in to let me know when this is expected to be fixed?

Thank you

Sam

The current workaround is to restart the box to reset the thread pool.

Other than that, we are expecting the fix in upcoming patches. If your customer has a case open on this, please work with TAC and see whether to request for a hot patch.

Thank you. Yes but this is not what my client wants to hear. He knew the workaround, and things don’t thing work as great with TAC.

They are questioning a lot our ISE BUG/FIX release process and timeline. Tomorrow I am supposed to meet with my client to address their concerns.

Would we have any ISE BUG/FIX release process/timeline anywhere I can use?

Thanks

Sam
