Rebuild Internal ISE CA Cert Structure

I am working on an ISE deployment that has been upgraded/rebuilt a few times and the trusted certs for the deployment is a mess.  I deleted and revoked all the internal CA certs including the Root and want to rebuild the internal CA cert structure.  I can't find any documents on doing this.  I thought disabling and enabling the internal CA in the GUI might do it, but it doesn't seem to.  Is there a documented process for this?

Nevermind, I found it under the CSR screen.  Finally, found the right document that referenced the CSR screen on the admin node.
