Unable to remove Admins from Cisco ISE - 2.4.0.357

i,

I am unable to remove Admins from Cisco ISE - 2.4.0.357 despite having Super admin access.

I get the following error upon trying to delete the account.

Exception on deleting users -user==> Operation is not permitted

Can anyone help please?

Have you tried logging in to the default local admin account that was created during install? I have found that there are some very slight differences between super admins and the true deployment admin account.
