Which Hyper-V versions are supported for ISE

Hi all,

customer would like to migrate his ISE-installation from HW-appliance to a virtualized for running on Hyper-V, which is now supported with ISE 2.2. Now the customer is asking if there are specific requirements for the Hyper-V version. The install-guide just tells about Hyper-V, nothing specific.

The following are the Hypervisors supported with ISE:

• VMware
• Linux KVM
• Microsoft Hyper-V

There are no specific versions of Hyper-V that are supported.  Hyper-V as a platform is supported.  Therefore, any Hyper-V version from Server 2008R2 (which is Hyper-V version 3.0) to current should be fine.
