Cisco Firepower 2130 - no console access

I have a couple of Cisco Firepowers that I can access thru SSH or the FDM, but I can't console to them?

-Software version: 7.0.5-72
-Configured with primary and secondary
-Base license
-Not using FMC

Can someone tell me how to get console access?

I have another FP device that I can console too. It's basic console access.

Odd. I don't want to state the obvious, but what if you reboot the FP, with the console port connected, is there any output at all ?

Did you get any error ?

Did you check cable ?

Does it show you a black screen or does it return an error stating that the console connection can't be established?

I did reboot the FP primary and it became the secondary, I can access it now, but can't access the primary, I'm going to try to reboot the other FP that is now the primary, but may need to wait to get the OK to reboot it.

Rebooted the other device and then had console access to that device also.  Below is the message I was getting:
