Cisco Prime Infra. 3.8 did not show Google Maps in Site Map

Dear all.

Maybe some one can help me quick. We install Cisco Prime Infra. for an Test Pilot und we recognize that we can not see Google Maps Map in the back.

Maybe some one can give me tips how to troubleshoot this issue ?

check the configuration : (is the prime able to reach internet to google to get the MAPS ?)

Hello.

I login to Prime Infra. CLI and did a Ping to 8.8.8.8 and maps.google.com and got packet drops.

I guess I have to talk to my firewall team and give them informations what URL Ciscp Prime Infra will need to access to retrive the maps.

Does anyone know the URL or details what ports / URL's need to be open in firewall ?
