In Prime infrastructure, when I view inventory status of certain 3850 switches, the value is "collection failure", and "bootstrap procedure is null or empty.
I have the same issue with Prime 2.2. All patches are uploaded and up to date. I noticed that the WLC that I am adding, complains "SNMP Authentication Failure" but I know that the snmp string is correct because all the other WLCs are using the exact snmp string and their "Last Inventory Collection Status" says Completed. I seriously need help on this, i tried using different SNMP string but still get the Collection Failure.
I also have this issue in Prime 3.1.0 All four of our wism2's have the same credentials entered. Currently three report "Wrong CLI credentials" even though the verification says they are fine and i have verified them from the command line of Prime. The fourth was fine until a few days ago. Now Inventory collection says "Collection Failure" the info says "bootstrap procedure is null or empty"
