i'm working on getting connectivity to port 8934 (and some others) for webex rigistration to our local gateway. out internal palo FWs are showing the traffic as allowed. but there is still no connection, so i got on our edge inet router to add a ACL entry to allow that port from out gateways to the destination subnets defined in the webex docs. it looks like >permit tcp object-group (my service obj) object-group (src obj) object-group (dst object). and i placed this in both inbound_out and outbound_in ACLs. the object groups have all the proper ports and ips/subnets in them, and it took the command. but still no connection
what could be the issue? if
