New to Firepower, have a net new setup with some very basic rules in place. Encountering an issue with one URL and not sure how to resolve.
The URL is a vendor on HTTPS but port 4433. When going to this URL, there is a redirect to another URL at 443. This site has worked prior to Firepower being implemented, now it gets to the first site and breaks before the redirect occurs.
I've been trying to find the specific error in the logs of the FMC but haven't seen anything. A lookup on 4433 or the URL/public IP yields nothing. I've added the initial URL as well as the redirected URL to the whitelist with no change.
Is there an adjustment that I can make that will allow this action? What else do I need to do to allow this site to function?
