Help me pls, i have configured igmp stub and noticed strange thing, without access-group on the outside interface multicast flow permitting by default but when there is access-group multicast is droped.

permit ip any 224.0.0.0 240.0.0.0 is enough to allow multicast?

could you try to add these multicast blocks on your 'outside' ACL?
