Hello. Can ASA convert multicast to unicast traffic, i.e. forward multicast as unicast packets? A server on the outside sends traffic to multicast address, but software on a host on the inside that needs to receive the traffic is only capable of receiving unicast...
ASA version is 9.13(1)2.
Alternatively, can an IOS switch or router do that?
Thanks and best regards.

Hi. I know the document, but as far as I see, it doesn't say anything about the feature I need. Any other ideas?
Meanwhile I've found this topic which mentions Multicast Service Reflection (MSR) on IOS routers: https://community.cisco.com/t5/routing/router-to-convert-multicast-stream-to-unicast/td-p/2261250

Is there a similar feature on ASA? Thanks.
